      Have you ever wondered what to do with that mysterious white block of tofu? Do you know that tempeh is a delicious and incredibly healthy, soy-based food? Have you heard that you can make creamy desserts with silken tofu? January's cooking class is yet another testament to the abundance of fabulously delicious, filling, and nutritious food you enjoy when you leave behind the meat and dairy. Bring a friend, and come hungry!
