At http://www.futurefood.org/soymilk/index_en.php?2383 you find links toa.) "Highly remarkable non-dairy milk products": Again some top brands.b.) "Remarkable intermediate products for the production of non-dairy milk drinks": Again support for the food-industry.
3. REPLACING EGG PRODUCTS:
At http://www.futurefood.org/eggproducts/index_en.php?2383 you find links toa.) "Existing egg replacement products for industrial applications": How to get the eggs out of commercially produced cakes, muffins, biscuits, mayonnaise and the like.
Arguments for all these products can be: Health benefits, improved hygiene standards, increased shelf life, no cut backs in taste or texture, price reductions(!) andsustainability issues like animal welfare, preventing world hunger or environmental issues.
For more information (contact details to egg-replacement-companies, ...) you're welcome to contact us!
