Ayurveda is the oldest of all health care systems. Recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a full medical system, it promotes health on all levels of existence. It is now gaining popularity in the West as a restorative, and most importantly, as a preventive method in maintaining good health throughout life.
We have the following 2 workshops conducted by Ann Revington, a co-director of Sri Sri Ayurvedic Institute. Ann is based in Canada and now on a short visit to the Bay Area. We’re privileged to have Ann conduct this invaluable workshop, which is not to be missed!
