      Sunday, December 1st at 6:00 p.m. with Chef Lisa Books-Williams, winner of Vegan Iron Chef (San Francisco 2013) at Lizzy’s Landing, a beautiful home on the canal, 633 Glenwood Isle, Alameda  (No Presents)

      $55 per person for this SFVS Fundraising Event.  Space limited.
      Black Tie or Dressy Attire.

      Send a check to: Joseph Cadiz, 73 Rondel Place, San Francisco CA 94103 by 29.  If you can’t make it, donations are welcome.

      Dixie Mahy has been a lively vegetarian for 55 years (35 as a vegan) and active with SFVS for 44 of its 45 years.

      Help pay tribute on this special occasion with your presence and show your support for SFVS.  

      Menu:

      Amuse Bouches: Cacao Coconut “Cream Cheese” & Muffalata Crostini; Pesto filled Mushroom Caps (Raw)

      Appetizer: Cannelini Bean & Winter Vegetable Phyllo Purse atop Creamy Garlic Polenta

      Salad: Autumn Greens Salad with Asian Pear Apple & Date Vinaigrette (Raw)

      Soup: Vegan Sausage Soup with Tomatoes & Fennel

      Entrée:  Vegan Lasagna with Tofu Ricotta and Veggie Bolognese        

      Dessert:  Carob Cake served with Raw Vegan Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Raspberry Coulis & Fudge Sauce.  

      Beverages: Apple Ginger Spritzer (served with Amuse Bouche) Honeybush Herbal Tea (served with meal)
