      Hi all,

      Chef de Cuisine Anton J. Dietz specializing in food garnishing and
      decorating will be doing demonstration on September 30, Saturday at
      the Recreation Room of the SF County Fair Building from 4:00 - 5:00
      p.m.

      You may also drop by his booth at the Curry Sutra for samples of his
      food garnishings and fruits prepared ala minute.

      Chef Anton had his culinary training in Germany and at CCSF Hotel &
      Restaurant Management. He is formerly associated with notable houses
      such as the Mark Hopkins Hotel, the Fairmont Hotel, Bohemian Club,
      Pacific Union Club, the Stanford Court Hotel, and the Miyako Hotel.
      Served as visiting Chef at 5 different Miyako Hotels in Japan.
      Former Director of the Chefs Association of the Pacific Coast.
      Former full-time Chef Instructor at the California Culinary Academy.
      Conducted Garnishing Seminars for food industry professionals
      throughout the U.S.

      ZHe is also the former Executive Chef of Saga Corporation (B&I
      Division) and he assisted with many catered affairs for VIPs
      throughout the U.S.

      Chef Anton created prop foods for Aaron Spelling Productions for such
      TV shows as Love Boat and Dynasty. He is a former Corporate Director
      of Food Services at Atari, Inc. and Warner Communications.

      Chef Anton is the former owner and operator of Culinary Connections,
      a Culinary Management personnel agency. He is also the former owner
      and operator of Anton's in Burlingame, a catering and deli business.

      Chef Anton is currently, for the past 12 years, under contract at
      Stanford University providing meals for students at Governors Corner
      Dining Societies. His memberships include the American Culinary
      Federation, The Chefs Association of the Pacific Coast, and the
      Gastronome Club of San Francisco.
