Over time, these practices help to purify the mind and achieve the healing and mental well-being you desire.Vedika Global’s visiting faculty, Dr. Gunvant Yeola, Ph.D. (Ayu) will join Acharya Shunya in discussing how simple changes in our food choices and lifestyle can help us prevent Pitta Dosha from going out of balance in the Fall season, known as Sharad Ritu.Vedika's Chef Sanjai will demonstrate how to make 2 cooling vegetarian recipes complete with samples for all, Rose Sherbat and a Rose Petal Jam (also known as Gulkand). Both of these recipes, from home grown roses, reinvigorate our body, senses, and mind when consumed daily as a delicious Ayurveda tonic.
Hope to see you there -- these are truly wonderful community events and always a treat! And the food at the vegetarian potluck (and the samples during the vegetarian cooking demo in the community sangha are delicious). Any questions, feel free to email me directly.
