After dinner, stay for an important presentation about a factor which can make all the difference in achieving success in maintaining a healthy vegan lifestyle: self-esteem. The topic will be presented as an Oxford-style debate, and is entitled: "Self-Esteem: Pro and Con." Speaking about the importance of self-esteem will be David Koot, Executive Director of Wellness Central. Speaking against self-esteem will be Michael Edelstein, PhD., clinical psychologist and author of the award-winning book, Three Minute Therapy.
