Michael Klaper, M.C., acclaimed physician, author and radio personality, has been a sought-out lecturer on natural health and nutrition for more than 35 years. Dr. Klaper serves as Director of the Institute of Nutrition Education and Research. He has also served as a member of the Nutrition Task Force of the American Medical Student Association, and as an advisor to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. He has been a featured speaker at the WORLD VEG FESTIVAL in Golden Gate Park the past two years and presently is on the staff at True North Health Facility in Santa Rosa.

A fifteen dollar requested donation covers the all you can eat vegan dinner and the video lecture by Dr. Klaper. The Nutritionist donates her time. Funds go toward facility rental, food, transport and other costs.
