This coming Wed. evening, Feb. 6 at 6 pm, at the Opera Plaza Community Center, 601 Van Ness, San Francisco, hear a certified Eating Coach talk about how to make a healthy diet work. Its more than food choices. A lot more. John Sanchez is a certified nutritionist and herbalist from the School of Natural Healing, certified kinesiologist for Premier Research Labs, and nutritional psychologist, counselor and teacher at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. He will give a very detailed lecture on how to make healthy eating habits and food choices, 'stick.'

Co-presenting with John will be his mother, Patty Sherwood, who will be speaking about Holistic Nutrition: Body, Mind and Spirit. Patty is a credentialed teacher of health science, and nutrition and garden educator in the North Bay Area.

I have seen their presentation. It is thorough, and comprehensive. They cover all the bases. They provide you with the tools needed to make healthy eating patterns a lasting success.

Before their lecture, enjoy a fabulous vegan dinner, house-made from quality organic, non-GMO ingredients. It is totally vegan and totally health-supporting, made without eggs, dairy, honey, oil or added sugars. It is designed by a certified Nutrition Consultant, Patricia Allen Koot, NE, NC, with the focus on balanced vegan nutrition. At the dinner, Patricia will explain the special nutritional touches and important micronutrients and their function, which are found in each dish.

The dinner is all you can eat, as long as the food lasts. Bring a container and take some home with you.

It all happens this coming Wed., Feb. 6 at 6 pm at the Opera Plaza Commnity Room, 601 Van Ness, San Francisco. Take the elevator to the first floor, then security will key you down to the mezzanine for the event.

A fifteen dollar requested donation covers the all you can eat vegan dinner and the lecture. This is only possible because the nutritionist and the presenters are donation their time. Funds go toward facility rental, food, transport and related costs.
