Featuring a demo by Chef Lisa: how to make a quick and easy Holiday Nog. She will also provide her raw & cooked menu of Apple Tartlets topped with Cashew Cream for dessert as well as Savory Seitan Wellington, Mushroom Gravy, Roasted Root Vegetables, Chestnut Apple Stuffing, Pomegranate Kale Salad, Cranberry Apple Orange Mint Relish, Squash Hummus, assorted Krackers and more!

Potluck Guidelines: Each person should bring a vegetarian (plant-based and non-dairy items preferred) or Raw/Living Foods Appetizer, Entrée or Dessert to feed at least 5 persons.
Suggested donation of $8 per person to help cover the cost of rent, beverages, and utensils, $15 for those who do not bring a dish to cover cost of catered food. Children are welcome and eat for free.

Understanding how we set ourselves up for cravings from one meal to the next brings welcome relief from the cycle. For weight management as well as prevention and recovery from the diseases of aging, cravings awareness is key. Whether we talk about yin and yang, expansion and contraction, acid and alkaline, or meat and sugar, an understanding of the energetics of food helps restore a peaceful sense of balance. SFVS has made arrangements for a special price of $58 per person (includes tax & tip) to be paid in advance for the vegan dinner which includes: hors d'oeuvres, salad, entrée, dessert, vegan nog, coffee or tea. Wine and other beverages are extra and will be billed at the dinner.
