      In our June class, we will premiere a new cooking class feature: Taste Tests. This is your opportunity to sample various veg products relevant to the class theme. In June, we will be sampling many non-dairy milks (including almond, oat, hazelnut, soy, and rice) to help you find your favorite.


      *Tofu Benedict with Vegan Sour Cream
      *Tempeh Bacon
      *Fantastic French Toast with Yogurt
      *No-Fuss Pancakes with Berry Topping
      *Fresh Fruit Smoothie
      *No-Bake Strawberry Pie with Pecan Crust
      *Taste Test: Non-dairy milks (almond, hazelnut, oat, soy, and rice)

      WHAT TO EXPECT: In our monthly demonstration cooking classes, we feature uncomplicated recipes, debunk myths regarding plant-based eating, eat yummy food samples, and have a lot of fun! Committed to using local, seasonal, mostly organic ingredients, we provide students with copies of the featured recipes, coupons for local groceries and restaurants, and a bevy of resources on nutrition, cooking tips, and more!
