The topic is Food, Mood and Neurotransmitters, a review of important nutritional research done by Dr. Richard Wurtman of MIT. the nutrients in foods are precursors to neurotransmitters, and depending on the amount of precursors present in the food you eat, more or less of a specific neurotransmitter is produced.
