Braised Arugula & Chickpeas with Almond & Ginger
      Wild Rice Melody
      Cauliflower au Gratin
      Lemon Caraway Cake
Fresh Limeade and Herbal Tea Beverages

This delicious dinner is totally vegan and totally health-supporting, made without eggs, dairy, honey, oil or added sugars.  The menu is designed by a certified Nutrition Consultant, Patricia Allen Koot, NE, NC.

And, it is all you can eat!  Bring a container and take some home with you.

After dinner, stay for an important presentation which can affect your health.  "Growing Greens and Soiled Soil: Trends in Heavy Metal Contamination in Vegetable Gardens of San Francisco" will be presented.  The benefits of growing your own veggies are well-known.  However, contaminated soil can be a serious problem.  See the actual findings of heavy metal concentrations in specific neighborhoods in San Francisco, including school gardens.  In addition, findings about contamination in California-grown vegetables will be presented, along with the one brand of brown rice which is very low in pollutants.

Dr. Michael Greger will also be sharing via video, on the topic, "California Children Are Contaminated," along with a presentation showing test results for heavy metals in vegan proteins and in sea vegetables.

This is a topic of great interest and concern to San Franciscans especially.  Find out the facts.  Your health deserves it.

Location is the Opera Plaza Community Room, 601 Van Ness, San Francisco.  Take the elevator to the first floor, then security will key you down to the mezzanine for the event.

A fifteen dollar requested donation covers the all you can eat vegan dinner plus the presentations.  The Nutritionist donates her time.  Funds go toward facility rental, food, transport and other costs.
