After dinner, Dr. Michael Greger will present via video about an important discovery which points the way to a modern-day fountain of youth.  A compound originally found on Easter Island, but now readily available, actually inhibits the engine-of-aging enzyme TOR.  Dr. Greger asks, "How do we lower the activity of the agine enzyme without caloric restriction?"  He answers that question in his presentation.   Don't miss this important lecture on how to reduce the aging process through nutritional choices, Wed.April 9 at 6 pm at the Opera Plaza Community Room, 601 Van Ness, San Francisco.

Location is the Opera Plaza Community Room, 601 Van Ness, San Francisco.  Take the elevator to the first floor, then Security will key you down to the mezzanine for the event.

A fifteen dollar requested donation covers the all you can eat vegan dinner plus the lecture.  The Nutritionist donates her time.   Funds go toward facility rental, food, transport and other costs.
