      I made a great pesto sauce!

      I sauteed a bunch of broccoli, a zucchini, and lots of garlic, and then
      in a cuisenart I added sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, olive
      oil, soy milk, salt & pepper, and a little rosemary. I kept tasting and
      tweaking until it got to its tasty state of being.

      Super yum!
