      Here is the all Gluten-Free Menu for the Chinese New Year dinner at Opera Plaza, Wed. Feb. 5 at 6 pm:

      Leafy Greens & Herbs with Homestyle Dressing
      Handmade gf Quinoa & Millet Bread with Bean Dip
      Salad toppers including chia&hemp sprinkles, certified vegan seaweed snacks, assorted veggies
      Sesame, Ginger & Garlic Tofu & Greens
      Shredded Brussels Sprout with Asian Citrus Sauce
      Seasoned Black Rice
      Pear & Coconut  Almond Cake and Raw Dragon Fruit Chips
      Berry Rich Punch and Herbal Tea Beverages

      The menu is totally vegan, gluten-free and health-supporting, made without eggs, dairy, honey, oil-free cooking and no added sugars.

      It is planned by a certified Nutrition Consultant, Patricia Allen Koot, NE, NC.  And, it is all you can eat. Bring a container and take some home with you.

      During dinner, enjoy listening to authentic Chinese New Year's music, performed in China, including the song for New Year's 2014.

      After dinner, stay for an important lecture, "Foods, Sensuality and Sexuality" by Dr. Aumatma Shah, ND.  Are you looking to spruce up your sex life? Or enhance your relationship?  You can increase your sensuality and boost your sexuality.  And what you eat can make a real difference.

      Location is the Opera Plaza Community Room, 601 Van Ness, San Francisco.  Take the elevator to the first floor, then Security will key you down to the mezzanine for the event.

      And the cost?  Not restaurant prices!  A fifteen dollar requested donation covers the all you can eat vegan dinner plus the lecture.  Both the Nutritionist and the Doctor are donating their time.  Funds go toward facility rental, food, transport and other items.
