Eat More Greens and Breathe more Oxygen followed by Raw Vegan potluck-4 week series
In this Series we will dialogue, discuss and educate why and how Breathing and eating is a simple things, when not payed attention. becomes complicated and source of misery. How Proper breathing and eating is foundation of healing and health, and why regardless of our general preferences, we want to eat more greens and breathe consciously.
Along with getting inspired to eat more greens
_ we will practice some powerful breathing that oxygenate our body, detox and increase energy
followed by discussion and education ,every Thursday we will eat greens together, practicing and enjoying conscious eating and breathing.
please bring some green salad/green soup/green pate-(no gourmet dish) for 7-10, people and raw vegan dressing that does not use too much oil.
