When we went raw for 9 months a couple of years ago, my husband and I felt great. But I work more than full time and I just don't seem to be able to get it together to get us back on the raw.
My husband, who works from home, has suggested that he learn how to prepare raw foods. We have many of the appliances (big dehydrator, food processors, blenders) and materials (Irish moss, raw coconut oil, raw honey, raw feeds and nuts), etc.
He has an engineering bent of mind and needs someone who can patiently show him step by step the basics of raw food preparation, then teach him some tasty recipes. I have a taste for "gourmet" raw. We're not raw fundamentalists and enjoy goat cheese and sushi, as well as fermented foods (he'd love to learn how to make kimchee).
