HERBS FOR EVERYONE
HEALING HERBS HIKE
Spring is in the air. The spring herbs are out already. I am planning the first wild herbs hike of the season. We will explore the first Spring offerings of nature: Nettles, chickweed, cleavers...and many more. We will learn spring herbs and wild foods. Saturday will be a continuation of the Friday class, but could be enjoyed separately.
When: Friday, Feb 3rd, 10:30am-noon (Part One)
When: Sat , Feb 4th, 10am- noon (Part Two)
Where: We will meet at Hidden Villa by the educational building.
Cost: Suggested contribution: $20 each walk (not a requirement ).
WILD HERBS WORKSHOP
Spring herbs renew, recharge, and restart. Spring is a symbol of a new beginning, youth and freshness. We will discuss herbs and food remedies that are used for gentle cleansing and whole body purification to prepare for a healthy and productive year.
When: Saturday, Feb. 11th, 10:30-12:30

Cost: $30 (enrollment is limited)
