Greeting Raw Food Enthusiasts!
Our Pizza Pizza Class last Sunday was completely filled, popular, and we had
to turn people away! What I hear over and over again is how much fun people
have at these classes - and they're fun for me too! I hear from lots of the
participants afterwards that they're making what they learned, at home!
That just makes my heart sing!
I've created 2 new classes for this month.
Our next class is Divine Desserts, on Sunday, August 16, from 11 am to 2
pm. We're going to make these über-delicious desserts:
Strawberry Ice Kream
Cheezecake (and ways to make a variety of flavors)
Coconut Whipped Kream - which goes with EVERYTHING sweet!
The fee for this class is $75. This includes the hands-on instructions on
how to make these desserts, the recipes of each, and samples to take with
On Sunday, August 30, from 11 am to 1:00 pm, we'll have the Precious Pates
class. In this class, we'll show you how to make these easy lunch, snack
and dinner wrap and raw veggie fillings:
Not Refried Beans
Ginger Sesame Sunflower Seed Pate
Eggless Salad Pate
The fee for this class is $45, and again, you'll get the recipes, and
samples to take with you!
