Good morning everyone. This is an introduction. My name is Julie and
I've been a vegan/vegetarian for quite a while. However, I've decided
to really learn more about living foods. I have a 16-year old
daughter and husband who are both meat and potatoes people. I also
have a new baby - almost 6 months. I have a pretty hectic schedule
and really want to become more healthy. Any advice on how to really
incorporate easy raw food recipes into my daily life would be GREATLY
