Subject: URGENT - Que SeRaw SeRaw Needs Your Support
My dear customer,
I need your support!
Two months ago, I submitted an application to the City of Burlingame Planning Department to occupy a beautiful little 400 sq. ft. storefront space at 1160 Capuchino Avenue, next door to Earthbeam Natural Foods at the corner of Broadway. It is my intention to create this space as the new home of Que SeRaw SeRaw, Inc., to prepare and sell retail food to go, to have classes on site to teach people who want to learn how to prepare their own healthy food, and to sell products that relate to the healthy food concept.
This would become the FIRST organic vegan raw food establishment on the Peninsula.
This is absolutely the sweetest little space in which to fulfill my passion: To make it easy and convenient for you and your family to enjoy delicious gourmet raw vegan organic food, and live a healthier life.
The City of Burlingame allotted 5 slots for "food establishments" to be created in its City. I am applying for one of the remaining three. They are specifically looking for food businesses that will create more FOOT TRAFFIC in their town.
How you can support (Any or All of the following:)
A) Please hold me in your thoughts, intentions and prayers - in whatever way you manifest things in your Universe - to enable me to continue serving the community at a new location (1160 Capuchino Avenue in Burlingame) with healthy, gourmet raw vegan organic food to go.
B) Please write a few thoughts about what it would mean for you and your family to be able to buy delicious raw vegan organic food-to-go right in the heart of the City of Burlingame. Email your thoughts ASAP to (Alicia@...
). I will need to receive your comments by the end of the day Monday, October 31st. We will compile and present them to the Burlingame Planning Commissioners along with a packet of information they have requested, which is due in their hands on Tuesday, November 1. If I receive your comments after October 31st, I will include and submit them at a later date.
C) I would most especially be grateful for your presence and support at the next meeting of the Burlingame City Planning Commissioners on Monday, November 14th, at 7:00pm. If you are willing and able to take time out of your busy schedule, please let me know that you will attend with me to support this intention. Anyone who wishes to speak on behalf of Que SeRaw SeRaw having a food establishment in Burlingame will have an opportunity to do so at this meeting. Again, the City will be listening for how Que SeRaw SeRaw will bring foot traffic to their City. If they feel that my food business would not bring in that much foot traffic, it is doubtful my application will be approved, and they will look to fill those remaining 3 slots with food establishments that would. Numbers speak louder than words at City Hall. If there were 100 people in attendance, it would speak volumes in my support!!
The address of Burlingame City Hall is: 501 Primrose Road, Burlingame (off of Burlingame Avenue). It's in a round building across from Burlingame Main Library and they call it "Council Chambers."
Our dream is to create a permanent space that is all ours, conveniently located at 1160 Capuchino Avenue in downtown Burlingame, California, which will serve as the home for Que SeRaw SeRaw - Fresh Food To Go! To prepare pre-packaged fresh food to go for retail sales on site, to have classes on site to teach people who would like to learn how to prepare their own healthy food, and to sell products that relate to the healthy food concept.
From my heart, I am grateful for anything you can do to help make this dream a reality-
Sincerest Blessings to you and your family,
Alicia Parnell, Chef/CEO of Que SeRaw SeRaw, Inc.
