I found out a lot of Japanese vegetarian foods contain pickled vegetables. I'll be experimenting on living pickles. Any good recipes welcome, please email me privately.
I know eating fresh, wholesome, produce/fruits are the best. Recently I have an abundance of produce and need to preserve it.
Besides corn and peas, what vegetables can be frozen without having to blanch/cook them?
I found a gallon (in a tub, it didn't look like a gallon, but was labeled one "gallon") of coconut oil for $17 at Rainbow, it was at the Body and Bath area,
You have to call the manufactorer to see if the coconut oil is edible. The phone number is on the label.
It did not say "organic" on the tub. I doubt if coconut trees are sprayed at all! They grow so easily with no enemies.
please, Peace on Earth.

due to my high amount of emails, I am unable to answer everyone's emails on vegetarian questions.
