ALLEGANY FRANCISCAN MINISTRIES ANNOUNCES
GRANT INFORMATION FOR 2007
CLEARWATER, FL – The Board of Trustees of Allegany Franciscan Ministries announces approximately $1.5 million of available funding in grants to nonprofit organizations in the Tampa Bay area. Allegany Franciscan Ministries will make grants to community-based programs that utilize effective partnerships to increase access to health services and expand wellness education for underserved populations in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties . Funding will be available to promote health services and create healthy communities recognizing the multiple dimensions of health including physical, social, mental, spiritual, and cultural.
A general information session for grant seekers will take place on February 1, 2007.
