      SEA Conference Announcement

      CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT

The Southeast Evaluation Association, an affiliate of AEA, will hold its
annual conference, "Empowerment Evaluation: Integrating Evaluation,
Management, and Accountability," on January 19-21, 2005 in Tallahassee.
Dr. David Fetterman of Stanford University will be the keynote speaker
and workshop presenter. Please share this announcement with colleagues
and graduate students who may wish to join us - as attendees and/or
      presenters.

This year, in addition to our regular program, we are planning some
sessions on topics of special interest to graduate students, such as how
to find a job in evaluation and the range of skills needed in this
changing field. The conference is a great, low-cost opportunity for
graduate students to learn evaluation skills and present their research
projects, including master's theses and dissertations.
