There is absolutely NO Immigration status required to receive these free services. The following is a list of some of the services individuals and families are offered:
- Needs Assessment
- Case Management
- Assistance with applying to Victim's Compensation
- Linkage with community services such as: legal, immigration, domestic violence, mental health, medical, and social services.
- Family Violence Prevention Education
In addition to the above mentioned services, we also provide the community with:
- Interpreting Services
- Provider Trainings
- Community Education Forums
Please feel free to contact me for any questions, more information, and/or a referral. I am also bilingual (Spanish/English), and have a team of interpreters from all over the world, so if you are not sure if an individual or family can use our services, just let me know. I am also available to come and give brief presentations to your staff and/or clients about our services.
Thank you for your time, and hope to be of service to you and the community.Laura GreenVictim Services Specialist - Hillsborough CountyFlorida Center for Survivors of TortureGulf Coast Jewish Family Services, Inc.13542 North Florida Avenue Suite #111Tampa, FL 33613Phone: 813-987-6700E-mail: lgreen@...Agency Website: http://www.gcjfs.org/
