      USC SC Autonomous Robots & Research Lab together with the USC Speech and Hearing Center and The USC School of Medicine are looking for CHILDREN WITH AUTISM to participate in a research study.

      DESCRIPTION
      We are currently conducting a research study to evaluate the effectiveness of a robot named CHARLIE to improve the verbal and nonverbal communication skills in children with autism.

      DURATION
      The duration of the study will be approximately 8 weeks.

      ELIGIBILITY

      We are looking for children:
      - Between 3 and 6 years old
      - Diagnosed with autism
      - Speech/communication difficulties
