http://www.bonnets.com/bonnet.html is an excellent site for 19th century
hats - Linette Miller is renowned in the Civil War reenactment community for
      her work....
The two top illustrations here are of 'poke bonnets'......
The 'spoon bonnet' and drawn bonnet are not appropriate to the earlier 19th
century - these were worn during the American CW .......

http://www.hatsinthebelfry.com/hatlist.html has just about any style hat
      imaginable for sale......
