As for cat repellants, I'd suggest chili powder. Get it cheap and in bulk from a Mexican grocery store or warehouse. Also keeps deer, dogs and most bugs away, too.

Silly......you put up notices that there will be cougar drug testing, and

In you spare time, check out all the comic strips from the beginning -
the first 2-3 months are a but rough, hang in there, they get much better
