      Funny you should say that-----
There will be a meeting of the EKHAG at Great Northeastern War this coming
weekend on Saturday at 10:30 AM in the barn. Thanks to Liadan (sp) for trying
to get this set up. It took a bit of a shove from the 3 local Guild members
to make it get on the schedule, but it is there officially now.
We are also preparing a display on Medieval uses of herbs for the barn at
GNE. The display will give a brief introduction to medicinal, culinary and
aromatic uses of herbs. There will be 6-10 pots of live herbs with
identifying and use information so people can touch and feel. There will also
be a handout at the display with a bibliography of herb resources. And we
wouldn't forget info on the Guild and how to get in touch.
If you are planning to attend GNE, please try to view the display to give us
some feedback. All are also VERY welcome at the meeting or to drop by and
      chat in our campsites.
