I know that the Hanseatic league was formed by Emperor? Hans as a mercantile
exchange along the Northern Shores of mainland Europe as a response to the
attacks of the king of Norway on Wisby....I was trying to look more
inclusive, but I should have been a bit more verbose... By the way, I can
only seem to find a paragraph or two on the Hanseatic league. Would you
have any good sources of text on the league? Also, I am looking for more
portraiture of the time period, what do you have for sources? Primarily
1370-1400 Leipzig. My persona is working in Novgorod, but is a very recent
