Many ranges don't have 70 and 90 meter distances. To simulate a 70
meter shot I train with my target placed considerably higher than 130
cm (for me this is around 170 cm). You need to raise your bow arm
equal to what you do when you shoot these longer distances so having
the ability to raise your target's center above 130 cm is a definite
