        Thank you for that link. What I am looking for is the rating system
        that was in the last Archery Marshal's handbook, the "Midrealm
        Ranking System" that was put in place during the reign of Tarquin and
        Aibhilin. Is the Badge, blazoned "Fieldless, a pheon inverted within
        and conjoined to an annulet Or" going to continue in usage for the
        Midrealm ranking system badge, with its variation of field color to
        denote rank? Or is there anbother badge in the works? or will the
        entire concept be pitched all together? OR should I just be patient
        and wait for an Midrealm Archery Marshal's Handbook update that will
        answer all these questions...?

          You are correct that is the badge that passed for the archers ranking
          system.
