      When changing the password on web based e-mail accounts, such as Yahoo, Hotmail, etc, you should insure that you are not using a word that might appear in a dictionary.  This is how a lot of the spammers are gaining access to the accounts.

      Preferably the new password should have numbers and letters in it.

      Usually if they change their account password, it will fix the problem.
      This has happened to several people with Yahoo accounts, myself included.
