      There were other draw styles used, often by aboriginal peoples, but
      they were rarer to find than the four mentioned by Lord Carolus. You
      should be able to find a study of draw types and their geographic
      distribution at a good university library. It was printed in the
      1920's or 30's and the author was Saxton T. Pope.
