      Hello -

      At this point in time, given the current budget environment, we only
      expect to have this single program to China offered for the FY 2013
      competition. Unless something changes with the budget (that has yet to
      be determined by Congress), we do not expect to have any other programs
      available for FY 2013. Likely, for FY 2014, the program to China will be
      for applicants from Institutes of Higher Education (which would include
      community colleges, as well).

      Abroad program.
