      Clemson University. The Department of Sociology and Anthropology invites
      applications for a full-time lecturer beginning 15 August 2012. We
      seek applicants with experience teaching social psychology, deviance,
      substance abuse, or related areas, as well as introductory-level
      sociology courses. Clemson University (www.clemson.edu) is a state, land
      grant institution with 17,000 students located near the foothills of the
      Blue Ridge Mountains. The Department of Sociology and Anthropology has a
      tradition of teaching excellence, outstanding scholarship, and a
      collegial atmosphere. The successful candidate will have a masters or
      doctorate in sociology, social work, or a related field. Candidates
      should demonstrate significant potential for excellence in collegiate
      instruction, and are expected to teach four classes a semester. To
      apply, send a cover letter, including a brief statement of one's
      teaching philosophy, past teaching evaluations if available, and a
      Curriculum Vita that includes the names and e-mail addresses of three

      materials will begin on March 15, 2012 and will continue until the
      position is filled. To ensure full consideration, applications must be
