      Tallahassee

      Position available August 5, 2002, with specialty in sociocultural
      anthropology. Rank open; established researcher preferred. Offers an
      opportunity to be involved in a dynamic anthropology Ph.D. program with a
      four-field emphasis. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and
      graduate courses in anthropological theory and its history. Geographical
      area open, but a commitment to ethnographic fieldwork and active research
      leading to significant publications necessary. Minimum qualifications: Ph.D.
      in anthropology with research interests that complement those of current
      department members; evidence of teaching commitment. We encourage members of
      academically underrepresented populations to apply. Send letter of
