You might contract Alan Aycock, who is both an anthropologist and one of our go-to guys on on-line courses. I know he has done an on-line intro anthro course.
Tell him I sent you.

Subject: [SACC-L] Distance Learning Class
I am currently putting together an online class for Cultural Anthropology (ANT2410).
While I have several hurdles to overcome such as having them turn in work, like kinship diagrams, via computer. My main problem seems to be finding resources available via the web (free). I have found some, but not many. I also teach a history course via the web and the resources are widely available including video, interactive and just good research sites.
My request if for you to share any web (free) that you know of and find helpful. I would really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance,
