       this morning?

       this beautiful internet of
       God's our Lord and Saviour!
Lets all praise Him for all
He has done for us in our life.

        Make each day special
      for someone, Pray for them,
make a phone call, email or send
them a little letter or prayer
      by snail mail, (((hugs)))

My God shall supply all your
      need according to His riches
in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19
      From our first breath until
our last, we have few truly
       essential needs. Without oxygen,
       we would perish in minutes.
We must have food and water.
      Our bodies, when exhausted,
      require rest. And in harsh
      weather, we must seek shelter.
      So, while we are needy
creatures, our basic needs are few.
When it comes to our wants,
      however, there seems to be
       no limit. Indeed, the entire
      advertising industry is
       devoted to expanding our “needs.”
      But what about those basic
      needs we overlook? What
       about our need for the
Bread of Life and the living
       water of God’s truth?
       What about our need for
      spiritual fellowship that gives
      strength, hope, peace, and
      comfort? The vague dissatisfaction
       so many people experience
      is really spiritual
       malnutrition and thirst.
      Jesus told a Samaritan
       woman about water that would
       become “a fountain of water
       springing up into everlasting
       life” (John 4:14). He had
      what she truly needed what
      Peter later called “the words
      of eternal life” (6:68).
      Have we been ignoring the
       words of Jesus: “Man
shall not live by bread alone”?
       (Luke 4:4). Have we been
       failing to nourish our souls
       while pursuing our wants?
      “Seek first the kingdom
      of God and His righteousness
, and all these things shall be
       added to you” (Matt. 6:33).
        —

      I need Thee every hour,
      most gracious Lord,
      No tender voice like
      Thine can peace afford;
      I need Thee, O I need Thee,
       every hour I need Thee!
O bless me now, my Savior,
       I come to Thee.  —Hawks

Just as our body needs daily
      food, so does our spirit.
      May our Lord and Savior
keep you in His loving hands,
i pray He will comfort you,
      strengthen you and bring
      healing in all areas
      of your body, mind, Spirit
and all areas of your life.
      May God richly bless
      you this day and always.
      Praise be to our Lord
      & Savior Amen
      My prayers are
      with you always!!!

        America's Prettiest Towns
I don't live here but it sure is beautiful
Banish all thoughts of the mini-mall (or mega-mall), for America still has pretty towns in spades. Photographer Bob Krist puts little Rockport, on Maine's mid-coast,  on his prettiest-towns list. "It's got probably the most picturesque harbor you've ever seen," Krist says. That harbor was also the summer home of Andre the seal, subject of a 1994 children's movie about the sea mammal who made yearly journeys from an aquarium in Boston to Rockport. The Samoset Hotel, built in the late 19th century, presides on the waterfront, and Rockport hosts a number of arts-focused institutions, including the Maine Media Workshops and the Rockport Opera House.

        Love Beyond Words

        The steadfast love of
        the Lord never ceases.
        Lamentations 3:22 (NRSV)
        RECENTLY my wife, Shirley,
         was diagnosed with a serious
         illness. Consequently, I took
         over the housework as well
as doing my own jobs and
        looking after her. Shirley
        has always been a hardworking
wife and mother, and it was
hard for her not to carry on
doing the jobs she had always
         done. She was feeling guilty
        and useless, and she thought
that she had to thank me for
all I did for her. I told her
that she did not need to
        keep thanking me.
        "But I'm so grateful for
         all you do," she said.
        "I know how you feel,
        " I replied. "We've been
        together for 45 years.
        Don't you know how much
I love you and want to
        care for you?" Shirley understood.
I feel that God's love for
         us is also beyond words.
When we are at our lowest
         emotional ebb, God's love
        is always there for us.
We do not have to say or
do anything; God is by our
side to love and support us.
         If we can care without
        question for those we love,
         how much more will
         God care for us?

        Lets Pray

        Loving God, thank you for
         loving and caring for us,
         and for all the help
         you bring us. Amen.

        Day by day, we can
count on God's love for us.

        May God richly bless
        you this day and always.
        Praise be to our Lord
        & Savior Amen
