David; two books by Bishop Eusebius of Caesarea, a contemporary of Constantine:
The History of the Church ( Penguin Classics.) Book X is about the emperor's victory and also has the text of the so-called "Edict of Toleration." Life of Constantine by Eusebius is the emperor's biography, written by the bishop. A 1999 English translation by Averil Cameron and Stuart G. Hall (Oxford) can be gotten used on alibris.com. Constantine's Sword by James Carroll is recent, traces anti-Semitism through the centuries, beginning with Constantine.
      Hope this helps,
      Albert Noyer
