      Shipping and handling within the US is $4.00 for the first book and
      $2.00 for each additional book. For orders of $50.00 or more,
      shipping and handling is �-price within the US. Shipping outside the
      country is extra depending on the destination, and it may take us
      several days to get back to you with that information. (You can
      estimate international shipping charges by going to the United States
