      Shipping and handling within the USA is $4.00 for the first book and
      $2.00 each additional book. For orders of $50.00 or more, shipping
      and handling within the USA is � price. Shipping outside the country
      is extra depending on the destination, and it may take us several
      days to get back to you with that information.
