      Has anyone with the new 500 series Roomba had an update on the side
      brush issue? I bought a 550 model (same as 560) from Costco for $279.
      2 of the 6 arms broke off within the first week and all of the arms
      were gone in the 1st month. I emailed iRobot after the 2nd week and
      they said they would get some out to me at no charge. I emailed them
      yesterday (5 weeks later) asking for an update and they said they would
      send them when they get some in the warehouse... but their website says
      the side brushes are "In-Stock"...??? It severely impacts its
      usefulness without the side brush...
