Group Description

RED - Rheumatoid_Exercise_Diet is a group of folks
diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sjogren's
Snydrome and other auto-immune diseases who are
discussing the role of how changing
their diets and finding a new food plan helps improves
their symptoms and pain. (You may have an allergy,
intolerance, or sensitivity to certain foods)

We are not health care professionals in any way. We
just have RA and have found that cleaning up our diets
has improved our RA symptoms of pain and inflammation.
YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. We are here to support one another.

We also discuss exercise and the importance of keeping
up a regular routine, and how this will help your
Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Come on board and see if you too can feel better.
Together WE Can!! GOOD HEALTH IS A POWERFUL
MOTIVATOR!!!!!

One thing is for sure; you’ll never regret following a
balanced, nutritious diet, stretching, relaxing and taking
the time for cardio exercise and strength training – and
doing it faithfully, while it is still an option.

IF YOU COMMIT YOU CAN OVERCOME!!!!!!!!

The only 2 requirements for membership are that you or
a loved must have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and that you have
a desire to improve your condition through exercise and
diet.
