How is you schrimshaw? I have a horn that John Proud made me, and I have an inscription I might like carved on it.

Subject: [Revlist] Powder Horns for Sale

      List,
For those whom are interested, I am creating and
selling, custom designed and enscribed powder horns.
I currently have 5 in stock, but am willing to custom
make anything for those who wish it. I engrave both
white and black horns, but currently have only black
in stock. Please email me off-list for photos and
measurements of these items as well as some horns
      which I have already sold.

      Items in stock.

One (Black) Priming Horn with Horn Powder Measure
(Approx. 25gr.) Priming Horn engraved with the fort at
Ile Aux Noix in Lake Champlain, 1775.

One (Black) Powder Horn engraved with the 1777 map of
Ticonderoga and Mount Independence, includes Sugarloaf
      Hill (Mount Defiance).

One (Black) Powder Horn engraved with a map of the
Assault on Fort Montgomery, 1777. Shows locations of
NY Volunteers, Loyal Americans, 52nd Reg't. and I
believe the 37th Reg't. (I am not at home at the
      moment).

One (Black) Powder Horn engraved form a map of Fort
Ontario circa 1760 with a close up of the fort.

One (Black) Powder Horn engraved with map of Lake
Champlain and Lake George, circa 1756, with a close up
of Fort Carillon (and King's gardens) and a period
      Gunboat below in the water.

Feel free to contact me with any requests or
      questions.
      Christopher Templin
