look for more screws under the front.  The front half of screws go up into the reed pan.  They are flathead and are around the edges about every 4-5 inches

But I can't figure out how to remove the reed pan. I don't see any more screws holding it down. I know many organs are different, but I still need help.

It would seem that the pallet valves have been dislodged allowing the pitmans/stickers to travel further than they should. This will be verified and easily
