Makoto blinked and for a moment her eyes teared up, there was a burning sensation in her chest and she new immediately that the scale was reacting to something. she heard the screech of tires and the sounds of horns being honked and as a car that that apparently skidded in the freeway nearby and had nearly caused an accident, suddenly righted itself and drove off, she felt a slight shiver run through her.

Fear? or was it Anticipation? for a moment a thrill of recognition went through her. 

then it was gone again. she heard Usagi's urgent question and Aya-chan's reply. "Im alright guys. just a little shocked. I think i was reacting to something..or perhaps i should say 'someone...' Remember that Nathanial guy said one of his descendants' was likely going to try to kill me...i think i just found something useful about this stupid scale. i think he just passed by. which means he cant get close to me without it reacting...and i dont think he can get close to me without it interfering with him too....Maybe this wont be as bad as i thought.." she wiped her eyes and smiled for her friends "of course...it kinda did a number on me too....umm..you guys mind coming home with me tonight just to be on the safe side? we could have a pajama party!" 

ooc again: okay. still need to get registered with the new forum. plan to do it asap. second: this should be the last time the scale interferes with Makoto for a while. ive shown the initial trouble with it, the conflict between Bane and Io, as well as nathanial. the last part i planned was this: the scale - since it is tied to what corrupted nathanial and his children, it will react whenever Ulrich and Makoto are in proximity to each other. and not always so maliciously either, in this case, neither were aware of it, so it hit a bit harder than normal. 

I will do my best to get a post up wrapping up Seth's hunt for the BBC - originally i was considering try to have Onyx recruit them, but i think for now, i will simply have Seth's quest end in a lost trail, but have him considering them for the future. I also plan to post something with Ulrich arriving at the manor, meeting with Onyx as well. lastly, a Henko post wrapping up her day is next on my list, as well as laying the foundation for the shitstorm that's about to open up on her. 

not much else to report, have a meeting at PSU to discuss entry tommorow as well as xfer of my credits. looking forward to that. hope everyone is well and look forward to seeing what happens next (as well as show what onyx's move will be)
