A MARINA South development by M+S Pte Ltd has obtained three accolades at
the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2012.

The mixed-use development, which comprises office, residential and retail
components, got awards for Best High Rise Architecture, Best Mixed-use
    Architecture and Best Mixed-use Development.

Stuart Shield, president of the International Property Awards, said: "We
received a record number of entries for the Asia Pacific region this year
and the standard was extremely high.

Any company to win one of these awards has shown exceptional levels of
professionalism and competence in their respective field."

The judging panel for the awards includes approximately 70 professionals
representing sectors like architecture, property professionals and chartered
surveyors. Winners in 2011 included Asia Square, a Jones Lang LaSalle
    property in Singapore.

Said Azman Yahya, chairman of the board at M+S Pte Ltd: "Today's recognition
is a testament of our commitment in creating a superlative landmark
    development in the heart of

Marina South which sets the standard for international excellence in design
    and sustainability for integrated living.

"This area has been identified by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) as
a growth area of Singapore in establishing a global business and financial
    hub."

The Marina South development is one of two projects by M+S Pte Ltd, which is
owned 60:40 by Malaysia's Khazanah Nasional and Singapore's Temasek
Holdings. The other project is being developed in Ophir-Rochor. The venture
follows a landmark land swop deal between Singapore and Malaysia in May
    2010.

M+S signed property development loans with eight banks in March 2012.
