Welcome to the Raw Network of Washington email group (previously RawSeattle, The Seattle Raw Foods Community), a forum for (vegan) raw foodists and those interested in learning more about the plant-based raw foods (living foods) lifestyle in the Washington state area (Pacific NW), although everyone is welcome. This eGroup will have all sorts of (vegan) raw food related discussions. We include links to recent raw food articles, and notices of upcoming raw potlucks and classes.
This list is the user-to-user communication side of http://www.meetup.com/rawfood-213/. To learn more about our events (potlucks, hikes, speakers, support groups, etc.), please follow the link.
Feel free to ask questions about raw foods or share your insights. If you are unsure of whether an email is appropriate for this list, please email the moderator/owner. When emailing the list with extensive raw information already available on the internet, please email a brief introduction to the information and include a link.
PLEASE: Edit your posts: Delete, or at least edit, any text you reply to! We have many members on the "Daily Digest". Your consideration is appreciated!
Spam Warning: Please do not include this eGroup on any other email lists. Do not "Cc" this list. We do not accept bulk emails. To prevent Spam, ALL new members are moderated as a precaution. No advertising allowed by "affiliates".
Attachments are not supported with emails. Feel free to upload appropriate files to this site (click "files" to the left) and simply refer to them in your email to the group.
We hope this site will serve as a chance for users to ask health related questions, debate, discuss upcoming events, plan new ones, form carpools, make friends, and all the other wonderful things this type of communication allows.
